The Helix

Paste DNA sequences, add a column of measurements if you have one, and see the double helix in the numbers. Every base is placed on the real twist of the helix, then a score is graded against your measurements in this tab, with the controls that would expose a false win shown beside it. No server, no upload.

The Helix runs on your own device, inside this tab. Starting it downloads the .NET runtime that does the work (about 11 MB the first time); your browser keeps it for next time.

This runs HoloGenome, which turns DNA into holograms from measured DNA physics, compiled to WebAssembly. The twist table is Olson et al. 1998; the measurements are yours. The demo data is synthetic and says nothing about real DNA. This tool makes no health, disease-risk or drug-response claim.
